1. Status of the Service

dast is currently in pre-launch development. Access to the website and the early access waitlist does not constitute a license to use the dast software. The software has not been released and is subject to change without notice.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms under the laws of your country. If you do not have the legal capacity, you may not submit your email to the waitlist or use this site. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

3. Early Access Waitlist

By submitting your email to the waitlist, you express interest in being notified about dast's release. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing us. Submission does not guarantee access to the software. Inclusion on the waitlist does not create any contractual obligation to provide the service.

4. Website Use

• You may browse the website for informational purposes
• You must not submit fraudulent or malicious information via forms
• You must not attempt to access, scrape, or probe our backend systems
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any software
• You must not use the site for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

The dast name, logo, website design, content, and all related intellectual property are owned by the dast project. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The dast website and all related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dast and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website, including but not limited to data loss, system issues, or service interruption.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
